To help us help you faster

• Tell us what you expected and what happened instead.
• Tell us which iPhone you use and the iOS version, if you know it.
• Please do not send your child's full name, photos or other private details. We do not need them.

Common requests

• Joining the beta. Email us the address your Apple ID uses. See Early access.
• Deleting your data. On the free plan, everything is on your device and deleting the app removes it. If you use Premium, email us and we will delete your cloud data. Details are in the privacy policy.
• Removing your email from the beta list. Reply to any beta email, or write to the address above, and we will delete it.
